A mixed-use residential complex located in the Nordbahnhof district, Stuttgart. The building aims to create a proximity between residents, a market place, a bar and an exhibition space for creative practices.

The design of the architectural complex is an exploration for a new way of living, where spaces are mainly created by subtracting volumes out of a solid mass, offering more defined spaces to dwell and compacting all secondary uses in carved volumes out of the space boundaries created for dwelling. The complex has three main subtracted courtyards which serve as daylight source for the residential units within the complex. Those three courtyards extend to the facades to create pockets used as communal spaces for the residents cutting through the main corridors and the domestic units.
